CEO Success was founded to address the stark gender disparity in corporate leadership. Despite women's eagerness to learn and lead, we don’t need statistics to know that the majority of CEOs are male. However, research consistently demonstrates that diverse leadership teams produce superior results.
Our founder, a three-time female CEO, is determined to change this narrative. She recognizes that diversity isn’t just a buzzword—it is a catalyst for innovation and success. With a passion for empowering women, CEO Success was born.
We provide the tools and support needed for women to excel in leadership roles. By championing female CEOs, we aim to create a more equitable future where every woman has the opportunity to lead and inspire.
Empowering women to lead!
Women CEOs remain unsurprisingly underrepresented, accounting for only 5.4 percent of all CEOs globally.
A 2021 study from Yale found that women often aren't promoted because managers incorrectly underestimate their leadership potential—meaning women leaders have likely fought harder than their male counterparts to get where they are today.
